Graham is responsible for maintaining and protecting Personal Information that becomes under our care and control. The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to inform you on how we collect, store, use and disclose Personal Information you may provided to us.

As a result of Graham's operations in both Canada and the U.S., your information may be stored or accessed in the U.S. where it may be subject to U.S legislation.

In addition, Graham sometimes uses third party providers located either in Canada or the U.S. Graham requires these third party suppliers to comply with Canadian or other relevant privacy laws.

Privacy concerns focus on Personal Information, that is, information that could identify a specific individual such as personal names, addresses, e-mail addresses, and telephone numbers. However, this does not include the name, title, business address or business telephone number of an employee of an organization.
